Gotrand is a seasoned Development strategist and consultant with over 5 years of experience in organizational development and Good Governance. He focuses on enhancing and providing technical skills like leadership and governance, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, sustainability and resourcing, systems and processes, policy influencing and advocacy, and stakeholder relations to civil society organizations, as well establishing robust sustainable partnerships for the impact within these organizations in Africa.

Being an astute Pan Africanist his works and impact span across Africa, the reason why he serves as a consultant for a myriad of projects across Africa working with youths, women, CSOs, governments and international stakeholders in development such as USAID, UNDP, Brot für die Welt and FAO.
